With a career spanning more than 35 years, Neil is an expert in strategy and corporate finance and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other public market transactions. He was a partner at KPMG for over twenty years, latterly serving as Head of Global Markets, in charge of KPMG’s global accounts, marketing, sales and industry groups, and with a leading role in developing the firm’s global strategy.
